ORDERING INFORMATION

All of our Dogs On Demand apparel and accessories come in your choice of over 100 embroidered dog breeds and many cats as well. Each of these embroidered dogs or cats are displayed in our Dogs On Demand category section. When ordering each piece of apparel, you will be asked to choose which breed you would like. In addition, you sometimes also have the option to choose which color dog or cat you would like. Also available is the option to have your dog or cat put inside a Euro type oval. Finally, you can choose to have your pets name added. The color of the text will be chosen to compliment the pet color and the garment color. All of these choices appear next to the location where you will choose your apparel color and size and they are all included in the apparel base cost. If your dog or cat coloring is different from those we offer on our site, please call us toll-free at 866-332-4004 first. Some limitations do exists, however we will make every attempt to match your dog or cat’s coloring.

Gift Purchases

If your purchase is a gift being sent to someone else, The Bay Dog will be happy to include a complementary note card with your message. Gift wrapping is also available at a nominal fee. Just go to the BOOKS, CARDS, CALENDARS and STUFF category and select Gift Services.

The Bay Dog Limited accepts payments with American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa through a secure link that insures your privacy and protection.

Personal Check
We accept Personal Checks. Just choose the Personal Check payment method during checkout. Type in your name as it appears on your check and the check number you will be using. Mail this check to The Bay Dog Limited, 301 S. Light St. Baltimore, Maryland 21202. As soon as we receive your check, we will process your order and get your merchandise to you as quickly as possible.

Phone Order
In addition, you may call us Toll Free at 1-866-332-4004 and give us your credit card information over the phone if you choose. Our hours are 10AM - 5PM EST. If you choose this method, DO NOT place your order on-line. Record the necessary information out of the catalog, such as product description, color, size, etc and have it ready for us when you call.

Shipping Charges and Times
The shipping charges for orders placed with The Bay Dog On-Line Shop are calculated based upon the actual net UPS charge tables. These tables are based on Ground shipping charges from Zip 21202 in Maryland to your location.

HINT….. Have your order shipped to your business instead of your residence. Save on the UPS charge.

Every apparel order placed with The Bay Dog On-Line Shop is custom embroidered to meet your specific request. As a result the following are the approximate shipping times. We will make every effort to get your product to you just as quickly as possible.

ALL Embroidered Apparel – 3 - 7 days + transit time
ALL Non-Apparel merchandise -- 1 -2 days + transit time
Orders with both types of merchandise will be shipped together in the apparel time frame

For orders shipped within the continental United States, your order will be shipped UPS Ground (PLEASE SELECT UPS GROUND DURING CHECKOUT PROCESS) and should require from 2 -6 days transit. For orders to Canada(PLEASE SELECT UPS TO CANADA DURING CHECKOUT PROCESS) and other countries (PLEASE SELECT UPS WORLDWIDE EXPRESS DURING CHECKOUT PROCESS), the transit times will be longer. Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified via e-mail with the UPS tracking number. To track your order, visit www.ups.com and enter your order tracking number.

Although we make every effort to ship your order within the times specified, occasionally we may be out-of-stock of your requested product. If this happens, you will be contacted via e-mail to inform you of the expected availability and shipping times for your order.

Since we do not normally ship out same or next day, we have not offered UPS Next Day or Second Day service. If however you would like to expedite any shipment by these methods, contact us at our toll-free number and we will try to accommodate your request and charge you the difference in the shipping rates. If you live near our shop and would like to pick your merchandise up, please select the WILL CALL shipping method. No freight charges will be incurred. You will be notified via e-mail when your order is ready to be picked up.

Returns
The Bay Dog On-Line Shop guarantees your complete satisfaction with every purchase made. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us via e-mail at service@thebaydoglimited.com, or at our toll-free number 866-332-4004. Tell us what the problem is and we will take care of the rest. If you need to return the product, we will send you a UPS Call Tag to return the product at our cost. Whether it is a product defect, the wrong size, or just the wrong color, it doesn't matter. The Bay Dog will do whatever it takes to make your on-line shopping experience an enjoyable one.
